On Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 4:29 AM 3 FSPS Boys - 1 Chinese, 2 Indians came to my doorstep and asked for another boy as they thought he is living in my apartment and anyway they don't know his house unit. My dad said that there's no such person here and said that this house do not have FSPS students. Those boys insisted, my dad kept saying no. They kept asking and my dad have no choice but to say no and closed the door. 5 minutes later, my mum opened the door. To her horror, she saw 7 orchid flowers dropped on my corridor. She immediately told my dad. My dad came out of the house. He saw those boys asking my neighbours the same thing too. He shouted at them as the distance is very far. However, they don't know what the boys were replying. The things I would like to highlight is, why does those boys have to tear my orchid? Don't they have respect for others? It's not their property. It's not their house. How can they tear our orchids and pat their butts and just go? What's wrong with them? Moreover, they're my juniors. I, being an ex-senior, was utterly disappointed by their rudeness and behaviour. We just told them the truth that there is no [the person name they wanna find] here. I don't know what's the problem with them to tear our orchids? For me, it's a serious matter and it hurts me deeply. Flowers are also living things, do they realise that? After tearing our orchids, will anything be coming back? No. So what's the point of tearing those orchids when they were growing so beautifully? It takes some time to let those orchids grow. I already had 12 orchids. They destroyed 7. Now, I left with 5 orchids. People do things must have responsibility. Why don't they just think twice and think of what will the owner feels? Do they even bother to think? No. They just do whatever they wanted because they are so not-happy as my dad talks loudly to them. It's his natural volume. What can he do? Those boys may bear with it and just go to find other apartments because they may know that maybe this is really not his house but why must they destroy my orchids that my dad had grew it with his utmost effort? It's very disappointing to see things that you have used your utmost effort to make it and it was destroyed in a blink of an eye. Those flowers have life, LIFE. WHY MUST THEY LET THEM DIE? You may think that I am too sensitive. I know this might be bad but, really, I hope that they failed their PSLE oral & examinations because they don't know how to handle their responsibility and they ignored it. I could raise this issue to FSPS principal okay? This really impacts on me, a lot. Last time, some wash corridors monthly workers, those people that came to wash your corridor monthly that person, I already had enough of him. I don't know what was he doing because he broke my stalk of orchids. It's like 1 row, broke by him. Is it his powerful arms that is so strong that it pushes those orchids and break? Or is it his powerful blasting water that blasted my orchid down? I don't think it's vulnerable. This is already enough. Now, problems with FSPS students and their attitude..
